Paddy Power In-Shop Winnings Can Now Be Claimed Online

Paddy Power LogoPaddy Power now have a system that allows some bets placed in-shop to be transferred to an online account.

With betting shops across Britain and Ireland currently closed, along with all other non-essential retailers, any winnings that were waiting to be collected would have to stay unclaimed until shops could reopen.

That is unless you placed your bets at a Paddy Power shop between the 1st and 20th of March, in which case you will be able to contact them using a dedicated email, with funds credited to a Paddy Power online account.

This isn’t just for existing customers, new customers will be able to open an account and do the same, you can then have access to the funds that have been lying in wait.

So, whether you had Al Boum Photo in the Cheltenham Gold Cup or Joe Farrell each way in the Midlands Grand National, you could now get access to your returns.

Firstly you will need some details from your Paddy Power online account along with some other information. If you don’t currently have an online account with Paddy Power, you will need to open a new account.

The details you will need are:

  1. Your name
  2. Your account username
  3. A contact phone number

The next thing you will need to do is to take a picture of your betslip. This is so that the customer service team can see where you placed your bet and can then find what you have waiting to be paid out. Remember, this only applies to bets placed between March 1st and March 20th 2020.

Then, you’ll need to email [email protected] attaching the photo of your bet and including your name, username, and contact number in the message.

You should then see your previously uncollected winnings in your online account within 48 hours. If opening a new account, winnings will be credited within 48 hours of your new account being verified.
